Perfect Solution for Alto Flute
I am very happy with this gig bag. I have a Monnig alto flute with a fairly large case, and until now, I have not been able to find a day pack to carry it comfortably. This bag holds the alto flute securely with lots of protection and padding, and it has a cinch strap to keep it from moving around. There is also room for my tablet, my tablet stand, and my alto flute peg. Everything fits easily and securely. The backpack straps are amazingly comfortable, and even packed full of accessories, this pack rides very comfortably when I am commuting on my bicycle. The straps also stow in a sleeve when I am not using them, and the handle on the top of the bag is very comfortable and usable. The bag is extremely well made, and the attention to detail and build quality is really impressive.

99.94% Perfect Gig Bag!
I purchased this bag last year from a major flute retailer. Mainly because I needed something I could fit my Desca music stand in, and this one fit the bill (and the stand!), plus my flute, picc, several folders of sheet music, water bottle, and a variety of gadgets and accessories, because I am a well prepared pack rat. The outer nylon can really take a beating, and the padding and lining inside are very lush. All of the pockets are adequately accommodating. My only wish for this bag, which would put it over the top, is if the interior dividers for the flute cases were Velcroed in, so I could remove them or reposition them. I could fit even more in there if those dividers weren’t there, as I don’t use them.

Already obsessed!
I've used a lot of gig bags over the years, and this is easily shaping up to be my favorite. Each pocket has a clear and obvious purpose, so my music, instruments, and accessories all have a place. Even though I've only been using the bag for a few weeks, I already feel more organized and confident I've packed everything I needed to bring. I'm also pretty sure the quality of this bag means it will outlast the others by a looooong while, even though I'm pretty hard on bags.
